Alcohol and Health: A handbook for Practitioners

The Alcohol and Health handbook has been going since 1986 with much success. People who deal with individuals who are misusing alcohol, for example, nurses, occupational therapists physiotherapists alcohol counsellors and social workers, have all taken an interest in this alcohol related guide. Thus, while not wishing to change the MCA's initial remit, which was to provide a text suitable for medical students and doctors in the early years of their training.

With much anticipation the new edition of the handbook, 'Alcohol and Health: A guide for health-care professionals' has arrived with a modernised look, practical size (A5) and up to date information.
